Data we process

• RSVP and invite data: RSVP IDs and invite-response details used to verify access and personalize the wedding experience.
• Authentication and preference data: Cookies/local storage used for RSVP access, admin sessions, cookie consent preferences, and gallery policy acceptance.
• Gallery uploads: Images/videos you upload, plus related metadata (for example filename extension, timestamps, and moderation status).
• Technical and analytics data: Basic usage data (for example page views and interaction events) when analytics is enabled and consented where required.

How we use data

• Operate core site features such as RSVP, gallery access, and uploads.
• Protect the platform and guests from abuse, including automated upload moderation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve reliability/performance of the website.
• Respond to support or deletion requests.

Third-party processors

• Cloudflare R2: Stores uploaded media. Privacy Policy and Terms.
• Google Cloud Vision API: Used for automated image/video moderation. Google's Data Usage FAQ states Vision API content is used to provide the service and not used to train or improve Cloud Vision models. Data Usage FAQ.
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets): Used to manage RSVP/invite and related operational event records.
• Analytics providers: Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics may process technical usage signals to help us measure site performance and usage trends.

Retention

• Gallery files are retained until deletion, subject to operational backups and cleanup.
• Moderation metadata may be retained for safety, audit, and operations.
